- Go to LoopingBack and log in to your account.
- Feature Availability:
- Available with Free Subscriptions
- If you’re unable to access specific features, you may need to upgrade to a paid plan.

Secured Loop
- Before Sharing Your Loop, Verify the Settings:
- Access Control:
- Ensure the Loop is active
- Click on “Only Selected Users Can Access This Loop” and ensure the option is greyed out (i.e., it is disabled).
- Media Terms & Conditions:
- If desired, include the media terms and conditions and ensure the checkbox is green-checked to confirm agreement.
- Add Users:
- Click “Add Users” to select your desired recipients, or click “Add to Loop” and manually input their email addresses.
- Invite Users:
- Tag the invitee by selecting the desired user type.
- Click “Invite” to send the invitation.
- To access the loop, the invitee should enter the correct email address.
Unsecured Loop
- Before Sharing Your Loop, Check Your Loop Settings
- Access Control:
- Ensure the Loop is active
- Click on “Only Selected Users Can Access This Loop” and ensure it is green-checked.
- Media Terms & Conditions:
- If desired, include the media terms and conditions and ensure the checkbox is green-checked.
- Email Collection & Verification:
- You have the option to include email collection and verification. Ensure this option is green-checked.
- Prompt Timing:
- If you want your viewers to see a prompt, select either:
- After the Loop Wizard
- Before the Loop Wizard
- If you want your viewers to see a prompt, select either:
- This will give the invitee the option to input their email address or remain anonymous.
